PrepWorx was started by an Amazon seller with more than ten years of FBA experience and a background in logistics and supply chain. From warehouses in Salem and Independence, Oregon, it receives, stores and ships inventory for sellers everywhere they sell: Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and straight to their customers.
Returns and removals kept landing in the same place: back with the seller, in boxes nobody had time to open. ReturnWorx is the answer to that. Every unit is inspected and photographed, and you decide what happens to it, with the same care PrepWorx gives inventory going out.
ReturnWorx works on its own. You don't need to be a PrepWorx client to use it.

- Separate billingReturnWorx has its own running balance and invoices. It's billed separately from your PrepWorx account.
- Straight back to FBAUnits you choose to send to Amazon FBA are relabelled with your FNSKU and held until you're ready to ship them.
